What data we process

Website analytics

This website uses Plausible Analytics to measure visitor numbers, traffic sources and clicks on contact links. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses or other data that could identify an individual visitor. Data is processed as aggregated statistics within the EU. The service is provided by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia).

This website does not use cookies or store any data in your browser.

Recipients and transfers

Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by service providers we use for website hosting (Microsoft Azure), analytics (Plausible), and email and data storage. If data is transferred outside the EU or EEA, the transfer is protected by safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed for communication and a possible customer relationship, and no longer than two years after the last contact unless the customer relationship continues. Accounting records are kept for the period required by the Finnish Accounting Act.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to request its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests can be sent to hello@lunoirel.com.
